The Rosé Revolution has arrived! The pale and delicious Rosé wines that are devoured on the Mediterranean Coast, are being discovered by consumers as a great alternative wine style all over the world.
These are serious Rose's for grown ups, but not to be taken seriously! They can be made from savoury, earthy varietals like Pinot Noir, Grenache, Mourvedre and Syrah, even Sangiovese and Nebbiolo but what they share in common is that they are dry, textural and appetising.
